Hotel ARIMA together with QUANTUM, will launch a wellness retreat based in BIOHACKING, sound meditations, breathwork and exercise. Between 14-16 March, Arima will be the backdrop of QUANTUM’s wellbeing retreat. Taking the focus of ‘finding your balance’, the two-night residency will incorporate interactive talks about Biohacking, daily movement to release and restore; sound bathing to help guests reach a deep state of meditation, clear the mind and relax the body; and psychedelic breath practice to facilitate mental, spiritual, and physical self-healing benefits.
